  • After booking, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be provided. All guests are required to sign the agreement within 72 hours of booking, and prior to occupying the property.

  • The property is accessible from the parking lot via a few stairs to the building entrance. An elevator or stairs can be used to access the unit. The unit is one story with no internal stairs.
  • Ski locker room is on the ground floor, accessible from the slopes. The elevator goes from this level to the unit.
  • To access the pool, sauna, hot tubs, fitness center, and tennis courts, exit through the parking lot; the clubhouse is straight ahead, approximately 125 yards away.

Parking Information

  • Parking is outdoors and uncovered. Spots are not assigned, but availability is limited.
  • Trailers are not allowed, per HOA guidelines. Contact for information on nearby trailer parking options.
  • 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required during winter conditions. The paved road is regularly plowed but steep and may be icy at times.

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 30 years.

  • No pets allowed (maximum pets: 0).
  • Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
